What types of licenses do you offer?

We offer 3 license levels:

Can I use the font for a logo?

Yes, but only with a LOGO License.
Logo usage is prohibited under the BASIC License and also under the UNLIMITED License.

Can I use the font if I am not the license holder?

Yes, but only within the scope of a project where your client has acquired a valid license.
You may install the font on your workstation, but you may use it strictly for that specific client and project only.

Can I share the fonts with external collaborators (e.g. printers, developers)?

Yes, but only within the scope of the project covered by your license.
The collaborator may not reuse the fonts for any other client or project. You remain responsible for compliance.

Can I use the font for other projects?

No. Each project must be covered by a separate license, acquired by the final advertiser.
A single license cannot be reused across multiple clients or projects.

Can I upgrade a license?

Yes. You must upgrade your license if you exceed the authorized limits, for example:

• exceeding the employee threshold under the BASIC License,

• needing to use the font on additional media (logo, multi-domain, apps, TV, packaging, etc.).

The cost of your previously purchased license will be deducted from the upgrade price.

Can I use trial versions for final projects?

No. TRIAL Fonts are reduced character set samples, intended only for testing and validation before purchase.
They may be used for personal or student work, but never in commercial or public projects.

Can I modify the font?

No. Modifying, renaming, redistributing, or creating derivative versions of our fonts is strictly prohibited.

The only exception concerns the creation of a logo under a LOGO License.

In that case, you may modify the vector outlines generated from the font, but never the original font files (.otf, .woff, .woff2).

Do you provide custom modifications?

Yes. We offer custom services such as:

• adding specific glyphs,
• language extensions,
• designing new weights,
• creating italics if missing from the family.

How is the license price determined?

Pricing is based on the size of the end-user company (total number of employees, including subsidiaries and associated companies).

The advertiser determines the company size, even if the license is purchased by an agency or freelancer.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes:

• Students: –80% with valid proof of enrollment.
  
• Non-profits and charities: –50%.

Can I use your fonts in political or religious projects?

These uses require prior approval.

We reserve the right to refuse association with projects that do not align with our values.

Formats and technical

Can I use TRIAL versions in my projects?

TRIAL Fonts are provided exclusively for testing purposes, to evaluate the design and technical compatibility of the typeface before purchase.

• You may use them in print mockups, internal presentations, or restricted-access web tests.
  
• They may also be used for personal or student work (non-commercial, unpublished).
  

⚠️ Any public or commercial use (logos, live websites, client projects, packaging, broadcast, NFT, AI, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

For any public release, you must purchase the appropriate commercial License.
